Please keep Sister Barbara Burns, wife of Sovereign Grand Master Delmar Burns in your thoughts and prayers. They have found something in Barbara’s remaining breast and she has had a mammogram and ultrasound and they are waiting on tests results. As we all know, waiting is the worse.

I have received info on the following illnesses:

From Elizabeth Harbstreit re Betty Moates: Betty is improving steadily. Her next orthopedic appt is 1/31 when we hope that she will be allowed to begin putting weight on her leg. Her other issues appear to be improving too. If all continues to go well, we hope that she will be able to go home mid-February. She has moved to a different room that has internet access. She's back online at bcmoates@comcast.net and phone at 408.768.5116. Her mornings are filled but afternoons/evenings are quiet.

From Penny MacFarland IPA re Barbara Burns: Please keep Sister Barbara Burns, wife of SGM Delmar Burns in your thoughts and prayers. From Gail Weatherhead re Connie Humby: Connie's brother has had a stroke; he has been in ill health for some time. Connie went to be with him but has since returned home. Her address is Lord Nelson Apts., Unit 315; 5125 Riverbend Road, NW; Edmonton, AB T6H 5K5.

From Terry Higgins re great-grandson AJ: He has gained up to 6 lbs. and Mom and Dad hope to be able to take him home sometime this week. He will have a CPAP machine but he will be home.
